amazing spreadpoor conditionstained bench

the breakfast was an amazing spread with lots of different dietary needs catered for.

i booked a premium room for five nights directly with the hotel. one of the listed perks is premium wi-fi, yet the front desk refused it. the regular wi-fi is slow and barely usable. the room itself was also in very poor condition with a heavily stained bench and a pillow that smelled of someone else's perfume.

The room size was good. The bath and shower were GREAT!!! Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast included quite a wide selection. Public transport access is easy. It includes the tram and metro to the city and a bus to the airport.

The in-room amenities were fairly basic. There was no robe or slippers.

Juan Luis offered great help at the front desk upon check in. Christian and Eli were very kind in the restaurant and with the room service. The general manager sent some nice goodies to my room. This acknowledgement was a nice touch making the stay more nice.

I found some aspects of the hotel to be a bit worn and tired.

The Premium Double or Twin Room included a well-stocked minibar and climate control that worked effectively. The blackout curtains ensured a dark room. The bathroom included a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, offering convenience .

The staff provided prompt and courteous assistance. They quickly addressed my requests. The concierge offered helpful suggestions for local attractions and transportation. Check-in was efficient and professional, made arrival very easy.
